CUPCAKE BAKING PARTY
Cupcake Baking birthday party for children 8 and up.
Each team will bake a different cupcake recipe from scratch.
Each participant will decorate and garnish a set of 4 cupcakes.
When looking for a special birthday party for your child,
you want it to be unique as they are.
For children 8* or older, who love baking.
The party duration is 2 hours in which the participants will split into teams and bake different recipes. Each team is made out of 4-5 participants that will work together to bake delicious cupcakes.
Once the cupcakes are ready each participant will decorate and garnish their 4 cupcake set with buttercream, fondant decorations**, and candies.
Every child will take home the cupcake set that they’ve baked and decorated.
* Children 8 – 10 years old require one adult chaperone per baking team.
** Fondant decorations for this party are made in advance by Mia Cake House

The baking activity takes around one hour, we take a break to eat pizza or snacks while the cupcakes are baking in the oven. Once the cupcakes come out of the oven, each participant will receive 4 cupcakes of different flavors that they will frost with buttercream icing and decorate with different sprinkles, fondant decorations and candies. Then it’s time to blow the candles and have a cupcake!
At Mia Cake House we have no restrictions on food, so you can bring food from home, order pizzas or just serve snacks and fruits.
Then we will serve cupcakes on a decorated stand for all the participants and sing “Happy Birthday”… Don’t forget the candles 🙂

Add guests to the package- Each additional child – $30 (cupcake baking or decorating party)
Max. number of participants in the cupcakes decorating party: 24 children (20 children if the children are 8 and younger)
* An automatic 18% gratuity will be collected the day of your event.

We can accommodate a maximum of 24 participants. This way we can teach new skills and create a fun-filled birthday atmosphere, while giving each child the personal attention that we are famous for.
When the children are aged 8 and under each child should be accompanied by an adult that will help her/him during the activity. So if the children are 8 and older they should be dropped off at the party
Parties are held in one of our ateliers, located at 1739 N. University Drive, Plantation 33322 or 3788 W. Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach 33442. You can find the exact location on our contact page. We are centrally located, and have plenty of parking space.
You do not have to bring anything. We will supply all the ingredients and tools for the party. We will also serve cupcakes as a snack. If you wish, you can bring food and drinks, plates, etc.
Mia Cake House atelier is used frequently for our cake decorating workshops, and there are many of them, so you should reserve your birthday party in advance. Upon reservation, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. The outstanding balance is due three (3) working days before the event. You can also reschedule the party up to 30 days before. Cancellation or rescheduling less than 30 days prior to the event may result in deposit forfeiture and/or an additional charge to cover expenses incurred.
If your child or one of your guests have special dietary needs (Kosher, Vegan, Lactose free, Gluten free, etc.) you can bring her/him cupcakes that will meet their diet (usually from specialized bakeries)
Mia Cake House is kosher style. We use only Parve and Dairy products with no animal grease. But we do not hold a Kosher certificate.
Invite up to 20 children (Base package – 10 participants) for this Cupcake Baking Party. Our staff will explain and show the techniques and tools we use in our bakery.
The children will form teams and use all the tools and supplies. Kids will work together to measure, mix and bake delicious cupcakes. Guests will eat their cupcakes at the party and each child will take home 4 cupcakes that they have baked and garnished with sweets and personalized decorations.
