All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification (by email and text message) when your order has shipped.
If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative products or issue a refund.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We will use your selected shipping method, but if possible without adding to your cost, will use the fastest shipping available for your satisfaction.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Plantation or Deerfield Beach stores (check for locations at the contact us page).
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 hours (unless items have to be brought from the other store). We will send you an email and a text message when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 12 pm – 7 pm on Monday – Friday and 10 am- 2 pm on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We reserve the right to cancel shipments to P.O boxes, based on the order value.
